Ryan Renolds and his wife Blake Lively are the parents of daughter James and the actor revealed his only child is named after his late father.
Host Ben Shephard and Kate Garraway spoke to the star on Good Morning Britain On Friday.
When asked why he gave his daughter a name traditionally given to boys.
'we named her after my father.'Ryan said
'In the spectrum of weird celebrity baby names, I feel like we're not really breaking any new ground here,'he added.
'It's not like Summer Squash Meadow Lark, or something. I also thought of all the letters being silent in her name, so it would just be haaaa'
'She's teething at the moment. I love being a father. I don't want to be one of those celebs who talk about being a parent like they're the only person in the world who has ever done it.'
