A young man on his pursuit to make quick money have been arrested by some police officers in Enugu after he was found with a decomposing human head.
According to Reports, the suspects identified as John Igwe who was travelling together with Ifeanyi Nwanguji, Chibueze Nwanga and Offor buike from Enugu to Abakiliki when the police stop the bus they boarded for a ‘stop and search’ operation.
